In today's society where obesity REIGNS SUPREME and there seems to be no good solutions to stop this epidemic, there are voices in the wilderness that offer a light in the darkness.

I don't know what ANY of that means. What I do know is that after being heavy most of my (My as in Me. Me as in EJW) adult life I decided to change that and during that daunting mission I've come across many things that have blown my mind. I hope to share and add another voice to the cause. Sheesh, what's up with me and this "Voice" crap?
Starting Weight: 2.3.09 - 252 (Pretty sureI was higher but this is where i finally stepped on a scale)
Current Weight:221.8 (IYeah, I count the .8)
Goal Weight: 190 (Basically I want people to ask if i caught something ;) )
