Great, this won't give me nightmares or anything...

H/T to Weight of the Evidence. Admittedly they posted this like 5 months ago. I just saw it and am pretty flonkin disturbed. I need to see what a McGriddle would look like!

I don't know what ANY of that means. What I do know is that after being heavy most of my (My as in Me. Me as in EJW) adult life I decided to change that and during that daunting mission I've come across many things that have blown my mind. I hope to share and add another voice to the cause. Sheesh, what's up with me and this "Voice" crap?

Starting Weight: 2.3.09 - 252 (Pretty sureI was higher but this is where i finally stepped on a scale)
Current Weight:221.8 (IYeah, I count the .8)
Goal Weight: 190 (Basically I want people to ask if i caught something ;) )
